Check In & Check Out.
Our standard arrival and departure times are 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM. Early or late check-in and extended check-out may be possible with advance notice. Fees may apply. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Cancellations.
Reservations must be canceled by 6 pm, the day before arrival. Reservations canceled after 6 pm the day before or the day of scheduled arrival is subject to one-night room charge + tax.

Payment Methods.
Credit Cards will be authorized at check-in for the full amount of your stay. We can cash payments at check-in time in USD, subject to 9% Vermont rooms and meals tax, but do not accept checks.

Booking Notes.
Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at check-in. For family stays with adjoining rooms, please contact the hotel directly to book. We’ll make sure you get the perfect layout!

Furry Friends.
Pets are allowed in certain rooms for an additional $20 fee per night. A valid credit card number must remain on file at the front desk. Guests must sign a pet agreement acknowledging responsibility for physical or noise damage. Pets are not to be left alone in rooms, allowed in beds, and Pet owner is responsible for water and food containers. If additional cleaning is required due to dogs that shed excessively or mess or damage, additional fees may incur.

Smoke-Free Rooms.
Smoking is permitted in two outdoor designated areas, but all Arcady rooms and commons spaces are smoke-free. Guests who violates this policy will incur a $300 fine. We reserve the right to charge additional fees if we incur additional expenses due to a guest smoking in a room.

Covid-19 Protocol.
In addition to rigorous cleaning standards, guests shall comply with the State of Vermont’s Covid-19 mandates. Any necessary stay instructions will be provided by the front desk staff.

Travel Requirements.
Vermont provides guidelines for inter-state travel on their website at accd.vermont.gov. All guests must meet Vermont’s criteria for the health and well being of our staff, our other guests, and our community. Please call the front desk with any questions at all.
